Our founder
Our CEO, Mr. M.V. Thomas, brings over 30 years of experience in identifying new areas of skills development and has a proven track record of developing courses that are highly sought after by employers. His leadership and expertise provide ISSD with a solid foundation upon which we can continue to identify and develop fresh areas of skill-oriented programs. Mr. M.V. Thomas has been actively involved in identifying and developing skill-oriented courses since 1992. His pioneering efforts have led to the introduction of several courses, such as Fire & Safety, Lift Technology, and Fibre Optics, which have been highly successful.
In particular, the Fire and Safety Course introduced by Mr. Thomas was the first of its kind in India. This course has been immensely popular and has produced over 2 lakh students who have gone on to become skilled professionals in the field of fire and safety. The success of this course is such that there is now at least one employee representing the institution in every corner of the world.
Mr. Thomas's focus on skill-oriented courses has been instrumental in bridging the gap between industry requirements and the skills of the workforce. His efforts have enabled countless individuals to acquire the necessary skills to pursue successful careers in various industries. The impact of his work is evident in the many success stories of his students, who have gone on to become highly respected professionals in their fields.
In 2018, he introduced the ISSD, an institution dedicated to providing quality training in unexplored fields of skill development. ISSD has been highly successful in providing two courses, hospital management, and warehouse procurement management, which have resulted in students getting highly placed in the job market. ISSD's commitment to providing practical skills, quality faculty, and access to the latest technology has ensured that its graduates are well-prepared for the demands of their future careers.
